Refund Policy

At Teez4Fun, we’re all about bringing you loud, funny, and borderline ridiculous shirts you’ll love to wear. But if something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got your back—within reason.

We accept refund requests within 30 days of the original order date. After 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Since most of our products are made to order (and often contain content meant to make people laugh or cringe), we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues—so double-check your order before confirming!

How to request a refund:

To start a refund, email us at customersupport@teez4fun.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item (if it's damaged or incorrect)

  • A short description of the issue

Once we receive your request and inspect the situation, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 7–10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at customersupport@teez4fun.com.
